Baked Herb Halibut

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lb

    Greenland Hailibut

  • 2 tbls

    Butter

  • 1/4 cup

    Lemon Juice

  • 1 tsp

    Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp

    Yellow Mustard Seed

  • 1/2 tsp

    Ground Oregano

  • 1/4 tsp

    Dried Marjoram

  • 1 tsp

    Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp

    Dried Parsley

  • 1/4 tsp

    Table Salt

  • 1 dash

    Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Rinse fish or wipe with a damp cloth; dot with butter, and drizzle with lemon juice all over.

2. Combine the ingredients, garlic powder through pepper. Sprinkle on halibut. Let stand for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.

3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

4. Suggested to serve with rice.
